When work feels harder than it should, you do not need another generic score. You need a way to see where pressure is concentrated—and a next step that fits the size of the question.

The offer grows when the evidence grows.
The Snapshot uses one leader’s observations. Snapshot Plus turns that view into one controlled experiment. The full Diagnostic adds anonymous team perspectives. Guided work adds human interpretation before the organization commits to larger changes.

A deliberate boundary
This is not a personality test—and it is not a verdict on your culture.
Room to Respond looks at the conditions surrounding work: expectations, capacity, process, decision authority, communication, and flow. Results are designed to create better questions and safer experiments, not diagnose people or label a business as broken.
Common questions
Choose the smallest level that can answer the question.
Should I buy Snapshot Plus before the Team Diagnostic?
Not necessarily. Snapshot Plus is useful when one leader wants a focused 30-day experiment. If the real question is whether other people experience the system differently, go directly to the Team Diagnostic.
Does the free Snapshot include useful results?
Yes. It reveals all six scores, the Primary and Secondary Pressure Points, an Organizational Resource, an interaction pattern, and reflection questions. The paid levels add depth, more evidence, or human interpretation.
Are employees identified in the Team Diagnostic?
No names or individual profiles are requested. Team aggregates and written comments are withheld until at least three team responses are available.
How does manual payment work?
Choose a paid service and submit the billing form. No card information is collected. Room to Respond will review the request, email an invoice with payment instructions, and activate the service after payment is confirmed.
